ELIG Meetings

We meet informally, on the first week of each month, in a friendly and safe environment to express our views, share our experiences and give each other support. The main meeting is normally held on the first Wednesday of each month in Tynepark House, Poldrate, Haddington from 1pm to 3pm. We also hold outreach meetings at various venues around East Lothian (see meetings calendar below.) Anyone who uses or has used mental health services in East Lothian or is interested in raising awareness of mental health issues is welcome to attend. Membership of ELIG is free.

We invite along appropriate guest speakers to our meetings on a regular basis, so that our members can ask questions about issues they are concerned about and come to an informed view.
